Funds withdrawal is feasible only after the verification of the trading account on our platform.

To withdraw funds, you must secure open positions or liquidate them. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 euros. The total withdrawal sum should not compromise the margin level, as doing so may trigger a Stop Loss on open trading positions.

A trader must submit a withdrawal request via the Personal Account only to those credentials and in the same manner as the funds were deposited into the trading account. It is necessary to print the withdrawal form, complete the personal information, and send it to the email provided in the form. This procedure helps prevent unauthorized withdrawals by the account holder and aids the finance department in verifying the authenticity of the data and identity of the client.

A withdrawal request is processed within 1 to 5 business days from the date of electronic form submission. Withdrawals can take up to 3 business weeks, depending on the beneficiary's issuing bank.

A withdrawal may be declined if:

• the account is not verified;
• incorrect or incomplete transfer details were provided;
• there are unresolved issues with trading on the account.
